Loot from Hong Kong
Riona's family is back from Hong Kong, and her mom and her aunts kick serious ass. They brought me boxes of Meiji Meltykiss chocolates (both Green Tea and Veneduela Cacao varieties), a Jelly Belly dispenser (with beans), a Crabtree & Evelyn English breakfast set (with cookies, tea, and preserves), Unchikun candies ("Mr. Poop"? "Poop Friend"? Salon has an article on it), and a SanDisk Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive. We're going to have to bring them some cool stuff when we visit.
I'm a bit worried about what Riona's family in HK thinks of me. There's more to me than chocolates, candy, and computer equipment. For example, I also like beer.
I'm also a bit worried about how I'm going to cope in HK. When we met Riona's family at the airport, I was suddenly very aware of how tall I am. I'm quite large (6'8", 255lbs), and while I'm used to being taller than most people (including Riona's family), I'm sure being so much taller around so many more people is going to be odd.
