The new Google Groups
I've been playing with the new Google Groups and I think I've figured out Google's business model. They're going to build great tools, get users hooked, release new versions that ruin the user experience, and then charge users who want to use the old versions.
I love Google, I really do, but what monkey-brained idiot thought welding Yahoo! Groups on to DejaNews would be a good idea? I only want Usenet, goddammit.
