We bought this as a gift for my father in law who just turned 75.These issues probably wouldn't affect a younger person, but if you are thinking of buying for an older individual....it is indeed difficult for him to put on and take off as the piece that holds the excess band on your wrist is very tight. He struggled to get the band secured. This will be a problem later as you need to take the watch on and off multiple times a day.
He also had a problem answering phone calls,the screen isn't as sensitive as it needs to be and I couldn't find a way to adjust this.
I also dislike how the watch says it is waterproof up to 1.5 meters and you can swim with it, but then they advise you not to wear it in the shower, bath or to swim with it! What?
It is indeed very easy for him to use the charger, that's a plus.
We had to set up the app and the entire watch for him as there were multiple steps, account creation and verification and customization options.
I like that it will consistently measure his heart rate and O2 levels.It also measures how much water he drinks, but the user needs to interact with the watch to measure this. I like that he can answer the phone (sometiems) and actually hear it well enough to carry on a short conversation. He can see text messages, but not respond.
One other thing I will note, the watch face is huge! It is fine for him because he can see it, but I put it on my wrist, I'm a smaller woman and it overwhelmed my wrist. Personally,I would never want somthing so big no matter what it can do.
